3 Step Clearing and Reprogramming Technique – Gil McIff

Feeding what you want is easy, the emphasis is placed on starving what you don’t want with your thoughts and feelings.   
 
Choose one of the following options. Put a band-aid on the knuckle of your finger with a question mark on it. Paint just one fingernail, or one different from the rest. Wear a ring that doesn’t fit. Wear your watch on the opposite arm. Every time it catches your attention ask yourself  How do I feel right now? If its any form of positivity then just say thank you thank you I love you I love you. If it is ANY kind of negativity it is false, based on interpretation and is simply an old program running and it’s time to do the following 3 steps: 
1 – These Specific Words –  There it is, That’s not me, That’s a program. (dis-identification with the program)
2 – Observe it deeply – What sensations do I feel? Where do I feel them? Who is doing the inquiring?
3- Thank You, I love you – Thank you for no longer feeding the program, Thank you for dis-identifying from the falsehood, thank you for catching yourself and no longer losing energy here. I love you I love you I love you! (When it comes to fear as the reaction then step 3 can be followed with an affirmation of gratitude for the ideal outcome instead of the feared possibility)
example: Onset of Stress about Money –  There it is. That’s not me. That’s a program. I feel it in my chest. It feels like constriction and tightness. I feel it in my shoulders and neck too. It feels like heaviness. Thank you Gil for catching this and not feeding it. Thank you for implementing this new program. Thank you for being present now. I love you, I love you, I love you! I am grateful for the abundance that’s coming.
 
These steps are not for the purpose of getting rid of the feeling, which is resisting and therefore feeding what we don’t want. Sometimes the charges will diminish or clear in this practice and sometimes they won’t. Remember instead it is more about implementing a new habit  and a new replacement program. So every time you see this band-aid, it’s an opportunity to do this without judgement. The ideal is 10-20 times a day for 2-3 weeks. When this becomes habit you will have successfully reprogrammed the perpetuation of the old programmed reactions with the automatic newly programmed responses.
